What do you like best about 365Talents?

365Talents give us job opportunities inside our group. We have a lot of subsidiaries and it's very difficult to follow them. 365Talents is able to connect us with them quickly.

Also our HR department as a deep catalog of training. 365Talents is able to give me some insights and to push me to follow trainings to boost my career.

365Talents is not enough pushed by HR departement and they should increase their links with it to have a better integrated solution to help collaborators. "The best competency and talent management solution I have worked with so far"

What do you like best about 365Talents?

I've been working with 365Talents for 3 years now, and the solution we built together has been nominated 3 times and won 2 HR awards. There's no better proof of the efficiency of their solution.

What do you dislike about 365Talents?

365Talents people are so eager to develop and improve their solution that sometimes it's a bit challenging for our change management team to keep up with the rythm.

What problems is 365Talents solving and how is that benefiting you?

365Talents solution has allowed us to answer 3 pain points:

1) - get a better knowledge of our employees competencies

2) - offer personalized HR services based on the competencies declared by each user

3) - facilitate the internal job mobility

in terms of benefits, not only does the solution allow allemployees to value their competencies but it also help them develop their marketability/employability and broadens the scope of what’s possible for them as they can reflect on their own professional career within the group.

From an HR perspective, the solution has made competency a strategic data used for SWP purposes. And of course it has allowed our HR people focus less on the transactional aspects of talent sourcing, and more on highly added value advisory services for our recruting managers. It has significantly streamlined the way we identify and leverage internal expertise, resulting in improved project outcomes and more efficient resource allocation. What do you dislike about 365Talents?

One aspect that can sometimes bother me when working with a SaaS company as a customer is the lack of total control over the software or service. Since the software is managed by the SaaS provider, I may encounter limitations in customizing certain features or implementing specific functionality that isn't available on the platform. What problems is 365Talents solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before the deployment, there was no platform available that could collect the competencies of the employees, offer them personalized experiences and open the perspectives for career development. The platform is definitely the platform that allows us to know our talent better, define plans for retaining the talents and scarce competencies and be one step ahead of the market in anticipating the competencies that will be in demand tomorrow. Plus, it's super easy to use, has some really smart analytics, and lets you create personalized development plans for your crew.
