What I appreciate the most is that 365Talents provides me visibility on job and training opportunities within my organization, which we couldn’t have before for a long time. As we have many business units, it wasn’t easy to get this centralized view. 365Talents helps me stay updated on opportunities that align with my skills, experiences, and interests. But not only this, the platform is like having your own personal matchmaker, but for careers! It sifts through all the opportunities out there and serves up the ones that are a perfect fit for you, making it easier to define and pursue my career and training goals within the group.

Furthermore, as a manager, having visibility into my team's skills and expectations is invaluable. 365Talents provides me with actionable insights that enable me to effectively support my team's professional growth and enhance overall team performance.
