Flawless support throughout all phases of the project (support still in place after 3 years of operation)

The ease of use for employees who immediately saw the benefit of the approach (being an actor of their profile based on self-assessment)

The interest in career management as well as the skills and job reference approach. This allows us to maintain a dynamic management of our data.

The strength of AI which is becoming increasingly present through various features

What do you like best about 365Talents?

Everything about 365Talents’s platform has proven to be very useful so far. Getting started on the platform is very simple. The Linkedin CV import is very qualitative and the tracking of both hard and soft skills is made super easy thanks to the AI that’s powered in the platform. Really nice UX and interface.
