In all the times I have seen the 365Talents solution it makes me want to jump in and want to see what's possible--and that is what employees want--how can they grow? What kind of future can they have in the organization? How can they further develop their skills?

What do you like best about 365Talents?

What I appreciate the most is that 365Talents provides me visibility on job and training opportunities within my organization, which we couldn’t have before for a long time. As we have many business units, it wasn’t easy to get this centralized view. 365Talents helps me stay updated on opportunities that align with my skills, experiences, and interests. But not only this, the platform is like having your own personal matchmaker, but for careers! It sifts through all the opportunities out there and serves up the ones that are a perfect fit for you, making it easier to define and pursue my career and training goals within the group.

Furthermore, as a manager, having visibility into my team's skills and expectations is invaluable. 365Talents provides me with actionable insights that enable me to effectively support my team's professional growth and enhance overall team performance. There is a need to put in place a structuring approach allowing employees to have visibility on internal opportunities and to be active participants in their professional projects.

Human Resources is asking the question of the processing and use of existing HR data and the optimization of the employee's journey and experience.

After surveying different market players and quite naturally, we choose to partner with 365Talents in order to meet its objectives. The solution is chosen mainly because it is focused on skills and, thanks to Artificial Intelligence, helps the company to focus more on the wishes of its employees.
