**What do you like best about 365Talents?**

I appreciate the intuitive interface of 365Talents which allows me to easily modify and enrich my profile. There are many features, and the embedded AI is relevant most of the time, especially for suggesting skills to add to my profile. I also like being prompted at a regular but not excessive pace to log in and keep my profile active. The platform for viewing open internal job offers is also very useful for exploring opportunities within the group.

my job is not well mapped (the name of my position does not correspond to what I do) so the suggested opportunities are not necessarily appropriate either

**What do you like best about 365Talents?**

What makes the strength of 365 Talents is the combination of a quality product, committed teams, and strong technical expertise:

1. A quality product, easy to use: "skills centrix" (UX, functional, coherence, vision) backed by an "up-to-date" technological component integrating AI in a transparent and responsible manner, all "open API" to integrate into the existing HRIT ecosystem. A product that evolves quickly, improves consistently with a strong product vision while listening to customers.

2. A committed team: at all levels from pre-sales to build to post-deployment RUN for a single objective: to provide value in response to defined use cases/challenges. I particularly appreciate the constructive and challenging exchanges we can have, aiming not just to do what the client asks, but to better define our challenges/needs to respond to them in the best way with support always on hand in connection with the product or technical teams.

3. Strong technical expertise: whether it is security, data protection, AI, accessibility, or integration issues... The expertise is always present while transparently sharing areas for improvement. This is a key element to ensure a robust and sustainable implementation.

**What do you dislike about 365Talents?**

Management of client repositories & integration supervision:

1. The management of the client's existing repositories is not yet fully integrated and satisfactory. Workarounds & temporary solutions are found but have limitations.

2. The supervision of integrations is very limited, leaving little autonomy to the client and creating a dependency/burden on the 365T side. Compensated by a very high responsiveness of the 365T teams but not ideal.

**What problems is 365Talents solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to address the topic of skills in its various dimensions by bringing value to our different stakeholders: employees, managers & HR.

From a company perspective: We can now have a skills mapping, identify gaps in strategic skills to anticipate our transformation challenges or better staff our opportunities and support our employees, all based on a common language: a dynamic and AI-boosted skills framework.

From an employee perspective: We now have a solution that allows for greater autonomy and visibility through job and training suggestions, as well as the ability to search for colleagues by job or expertise for mutual assistance or career development, and finally... to be visible to HR & Managers to be proactively approached in case of mobility initiatives.

365Talents has effectively integrated and complemented our HRIS through an ergonomic and scalable platform. It has allowed us to finely map internal skills and enhance expertise through a participatory approach. The intelligent matching system between skills and proposed training has enhanced our training offer and made it even more visible and relevant. This same system has been used to support internal mobility offers and temporary assignments to find the most suitable profiles. On the user side, the interface is intuitive and offers personalized suggestions (skills, training, career paths). On the manager side, it provides a clear view of the skills, preferences, and development wishes of their team and service.
We worked in a flexible and secure technical environment with two environments: a validation space that allowed us to test advanced use cases and validate developments before deployment in the production environment.
The support from the 365Talents teams – both project and support – is responsive, agile, and solution-oriented. Suggestions and proposals for development are heard and taken into account. The dynamism and good humor of the team were a real plus in project management.

The Manager dashboard section could be optimized to allow for more intuitive focuses, more accessible data export, without going through an email send.

As an HR referent, I had the opportunity to support the deployment and animation of the platform developed by 365Talents within my organization. This tool has proven invaluable for our HR practices, offering an open and participatory space focused on skills.
On an operational level, the platform provided us with a structured database of internal expertise, particularly facilitating the identification of experts across the territory. From an HR perspective, it allowed us to enrich the training plan by relying on the needs expressed by users. The 365T platform is both ergonomic, aesthetically refined, and scalable. We were supported for 3 years by the 365T teams, with a focus on mapping and managing skills within the Network, and then, at our own pace, on various HR dimensions (jobs, training, missions).

The project team is available, attentive, and agile in response to our specific requests. The support team, on the other hand, is particularly responsive.

Thanks to this tool, we were able to:
• Value internal expertise and facilitate peer-to-peer connections
• Deploy the connection between the skills listed in profiles and the training, job offers, or missions we could offer within our organization
• Use the sandbox (test environment) to experiment, notably, with the creation of job descriptions using AI

On the user side, the platform is intuitive and supports the development of career paths by suggesting skills, training, and internal opportunities, in line with their declarations.

On the manager side, the tool offers a detailed mapping of skills, professional interests, and development wishes.

• The management of the skills repository could become more streamlined for HR administrators (even though changes are already underway)

Flawless support throughout all phases of the project (support still in place after 3 years of operation)
The ease of use for employees who immediately saw the benefit of the approach (being an actor of their profile based on self-assessment)
The interest in career management as well as the skills and job reference approach. This allows us to maintain a dynamic management of our data.
HR functionalities to identify potential candidates, suggest skills...
The strength of AI which is becoming increasingly present through various features
In the end, 365Talents becomes a daily tool for our HR and a tool of proactivity towards our employees, even though it is indeed they who remain the actors of their project.

Not much because the ergonomics of certain features have been significantly improved following customer feedback.

Everything about 365Talents’s platform has proven to be very useful so far. Getting started on the platform is very simple. The Linkedin CV import is very qualitative and the tracking of both hard and soft skills is made super easy thanks to the AI that’s powered in the platform. Really nice UX and interface. The career path galaxy is pretty impressive too.

I've been working with 365Talents for 3 years now, and the solution we built together has been nominated 3 times and won 2 HR awards. There's no better proof of the efficiency of their solution. 
As for 365Talents people, i cannot but emphasize their profesionalism, reactivity and passion for what they do. The type of collaboration that every client dream of!

365Talents people are so eager to develop and improve their solution that sometimes it's a bit challenging for our change management team to keep up with the rythm. 
Otherwise, so far, so good!

1) - get a better knowledge of our employees competencies
2) - offer personalized HR services based on the competencies declared by each user

One aspect that can sometimes bother me when working with a SaaS company as a customer is the lack of total control over the software or service. Since the software is managed by the SaaS provider, I may encounter limitations in customizing certain features or implementing specific functionality that isn't available on the platform.

Before the deployment, there was no platform available that could collect the competencies of the employees, offer them personalized experiences and open the perspectives for career development. 365Talents is very easy to implement for the Admin and to use for the user. It can be used by HR team to make the link to other HR applications and propose dedicated internal mobilities for example or to target some profiles for dedicated recruitments campaign. It also can be used to have an overview of your staff skills.

**What do you dislike about 365Talents?**

With 365Talents, you can't/couldn't combined 2 different profiles (open for everyone to see everyone, or closed, only special profiles can see everyone), which can limits its uses if you want to. 
As an Admin, couple of years ago, it was very time consuming to classify the different skills and clean the database (which is a must if you want good recommandations and information). I don't know how the app evolved on this part, but I spent at least 30h to clean our database (we made the choice to have a free text skills declaration, which increases the work as each staff was completing his/her/it/them profile with the skills writting they wanted to).

You have one tool with all the skills of your staff in it instead of having one Excel file by team.

365Talents is great for staffing our internal translation projects. It works in every language we work in and it’s multilingual AI helps us work together across the globe.

**What do you dislike about 365Talents?**

Nothing comes to mind. I don't have any feedback.

**What problems is 365Talents solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have staff members across the globe and we need to quickly and efficiently identify their languages and skill sets for projects across numerous industries.
