Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. We wanted to clarify that you can choose whether to restore a full mailbox or to granularly restore selected mail items. Through our granular restore wizard, you can also restore files within OneDrive and SharePoint Document Libraries.

What do you like best about 365 Total Backup (formerly Altaro Office 365 Backup for MSPs)?

Extremly easy setup. From start to finish, we are taking minutes. Recovering of single items is done within a heartbeat.

Export of .pst is one click away. If there are problems with backing up a mailbox, a notification is sent directly to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 365 Total Backup (formerly Altaro Office 365 Backup for MSPs)?

None that I can think of at the moment. Everything has been working flawlessly for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 365 Total Backup (formerly Altaro Office 365 Backup for MSPs)?

I love the fact we were able to just set it up and forget about it, as new mailboxes are added in Office 365 they are automatically included in the backups, restoring someones mailbox has been easy and fast, pricing is right in the sweet spot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is actually nothing that bothers you. A TEAMS backup would be great. Hopefully this will come soon Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
