What do you like best about 365 Total Backup (formerly Altaro Office 365 Backup for MSPs)?

The user interface makes it very easy to install, configure and monitor. As an MSP, it is important to have a single view of all clients' backups and be able to manage them easily. Altaro makes the process incredibly easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 365 Total Backup (formerly Altaro Office 365 Backup for MSPs)?

Currently the breadth of what is backed up when heading outside of the mailbox to other things in the account like OneDrive or Sharepoint stuff, but that is likely on the Microsoft side of limitations and not Altaro. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You only have the option to plan the job somewhere, you cannot start a backup job directly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
