The 360suite toolset is the best way to support diverse requirements and missing (but actually important) features of the BO platform. Besides the tool itself, there is an outstanding company with excellent support behind it. My favorite module of 360Suite is 360Bind which covers automated regression tests. I discovered 360Suite during the migration of our BO platform.

It helped us a lot to get a clear vision of what we had to migrate.

In daily use, I appreciate being able to quickly perform actions on a large number of objects.

My favorites are the purging Webi documents and the documentation of all our documents and their recurring instances.

In fact there are still many features that I don't use because I am so used to doing it with SAP tools.

But I will find it hard to do without 360 now...

There are still some less positive points and finally it is linked to the richness of the product, it is sometimes difficult to know everything you can do with it and it would be nice to add an online help.

There isn't much to dislike, installation is straight forward, there's a new front end which is easier to navigate around and is nicer to use. Any issues you do have can be raised via a 360 support ticket of which you get a fast response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that these are small simple functionnalities you can combine in order to create your one solution.

It makes really easier the SAP BO maintenance and automate in few clicks a wide number of functionnalities.

Also they like to be near from their customers and act to stay alive SAP BO community.

If there is one point to improve it's the name and version of the installation package but it doesn't prevent to use them !

The 360 Eyes tool is very easy to setup. Variety of objects available to query the SAP Business Objects Reports and Universes. The 360 Eyes tool also comes handy in auditing the SAP Business Objects entities for investigation and analysis. The tool allows to export snapshots of the repository for effective analysis of the SAP Business Objects Environment objects. I have also seen GB&Smith(Provider of the 360 Suite) tie up and partner with SAP in hosting many knowledge/learning sessions which are thorough and effective!! I cherished using the 360 eyes tool overall and there isn't any idea that I disliked because I felt it was always necessary to document the SAP Business Objects repository to support critical migrations between versions. In the initial times, I remember using excel macros(Webi Report Documentor, Universe Documentor) for comparison of objects before and after migration. I hope the 360 suite have answer to this also. I heard they are also coming up with 360 Bind tool that could support some testing requirements. We had to replace SAP BO BI 4 Replication "Feature" with a better, trustworthy, documented and really working solution.

I have been using the 360Eyes module for several years, with different versions of Business Object.

I find it extremely useful for impact analysis, which allows you to identify the consequences of any modifications made to the BO universes.
