The embedded question feature is very easy with many question type : True / False, Single Selection, Multiple Choice, Ordered Question, Linker, Fill in the blank. **What do you dislike about 360Learning?** Lately, programs to paths migration but not as complicated as that 4 years ago, the deletion of labels for custom fields and the search via custom fields. Filtering via labels was very practical, in particular for the user accounts, groups, managers management, ect… The transition to custom fields takes time but it's quite simple. **Recommendations to others considering 360Learning:** It is by using the platform that we take the measure and understand how the different roles and different concepts related to the platform work. Having a fairly clear training repository / catalog and having "skills" type metadata in line with the training catalog is necessary to ensure good readability in the research of modules / courses / sessions and to ensure clear delegation of the administration and content creation. **What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?** The objective is to progressively digitalize all our training content while integrating a better pedagogy with activities that allow us to improve the learner’s engagement and feedback. We are in the process of changing our methods of supporting our customers and we are going to digitalize our modular training catalog and exchanges through chat. The social learning part, where learners can give feedback, especially through gamification, which facilitates exchanges within the company. From a platform update point of view, we sometimes have trouble keeping up with the updates. Maybe a tutorial or a more advanced support would be desirable. We had to train everyone on compliance trainings. While it is possible to create content easily and add some gamification elements with quizzes, open or closed questions.... it is necessary to go through external tools for everything concerning interactivity and the "look&feel" part. There are times when this wasn't delivered on entirely, but since Graziella has taken over as our Client Success Partner I couldn't be happier, great communication and follow up. Going beyond answering questions to make suggestions and introduce me to L&D experts she works with. There are a few niggling issues with the platform, but Graziella and the team are always vey responsive to suggestions. There's a real effort to work with their clients. **What do you dislike about 360Learning?** There are a few small problems with the platform design such as not being able to set courses as drafts and accidentally sharing them, and the sometimes awkward serpartion between the author and coach role.
