We especially appreciate the learning needs function and the philosophy of bottom-up learning. Many impulses come directly from sales teams and flow into new training topics, which is very important for us. For example, our managers should also be able to view indirect teams, which is currently missing but already a candidate on the roadmap. The group feature itself is fantastic. We're creating many groups for our partners and customers, and currently, we have to manually replicate the formatting, like headers, banners, and layouts. Also, while the platform is intuitive, I think the 360Learning academy space could be improved to better showcase the platform's capabilities, especially in terms of aesthetics. After an in-depth benchmark to find our first LMS, 360Learning really stood out, both because of the features offered and the intuitive interface it provides, as well as its R&D center which is part of its DNA. Indeed, 360Learning is much more advanced than many of its competitors in integrating artificial intelligence to facilitate module creation, for example. During both the pre-sales and implementation phases, the customer service support was excellent, despite the time difference (we are based in Quebec). They always respond promptly, and their answers or suggestions are always relevant.
