Their customer service is top notch, and I find WhatsApp communication way more effective than endless emails back and forth. The initial setup was as easy as sending a WhatsApp to my grandma and having her respond. I would say the geographical issue - we are in SA and the VA who handled our case was mostly not in our geographical scope so times did not quite overlap so the 360 VAs closed queries within a few hours and we had to start all over again - either get 24-hour agents sitting or ask where you are from and have the queries only closed if it is not responded to within the geographical time zones. It is frustrating to have to start your story all over everytime not to mention the absolute waste of valuable time. I only got a handle on this after I explicitly said NOT TO CLOSE the ticket.
