Having proper records in 360 view kept me aware of ways to be able to upsell and offer options that I may not have thought of on my own. **What do you dislike about 360 View CRM?** As with all programs there is a learning period that must be handled. With 360 View I did find this to be a shorter adjustment period than with competitors I have worked with. **What problems is 360 View CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** I recognized the benefits of 360 View in staying aware of changes as they were happening with customers. This shortened the sales cycle for things that otherwise would have taken more time to investigate. Any time life cycle can be shortened is a huge benefit. ### 2.
