Having files easily and effectively synced across all users within a project management team makes life so much smoother. A single source of truth for collateral that is able to be leptons up to date and version controlled/monitored has made my project team so much more effective and accountable. At no fault of the software, but the only barrier to entry is getting everyone in the habit of using the software the correct way. In a previous project of transitioning an entire telephony system for multiple contact centres, a lot of project team members have different jobs that are also prerequisites for other tasks being completed. A single location for synced and up to date files allows us to easily keep track and spend more time in moving the project forward as opposed to finding out the latest updates. I like that 360Sync is an easy to use platform that makes it simple to sync files between multiple devices. It also offers a variety of features such as file versioning and automated backups, making it a great choice for backing up and sharing important files. I dislike the fact that 360sync is not as user-friendly as other software. The interface is outdated and can be difficult to navigate, making it hard to find the features you need quickly. Additionally, the pricing structure can be confusing and expensive, making it difficult to budget for the software.
