A single source of truth for collateral that is able to be leptons up to date and version controlled/monitored has made my project team so much more effective and accountable. **What do you dislike about 360 Sync?** At no fault of the software, but the only barrier to entry is getting everyone in the habit of using the software the correct way. Some habits of saving to desktop and sharing when needed need to be broken, but then it's smooth sailing. **What problems is 360 Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?** In a previous project of transitioning an entire telephony system for multiple contact centres, a lot of project team members have different jobs that are also prerequisites for other tasks being completed. The issue it solves is file management which is an issue that can be resolved with more proper initial organization to all use one singular platform, etc. After a point, 360 Sync would be rendered virtually useless. **What problems is 360 Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?** 360 Sync helps solve issues around file management and organization.
