I love this platform as this platform provides many tools for organizing and converting PDF files. The best part I love about this platform is the OCR feature of this platform as it assist a lot in identifying text from image or PDF files and converting that in to Docx, PDF or text file. This feature saves times having to retype the whole thing or assist in extracting critical data from the image file. It makes the user more efficient with the OCR technology. Other than this the platform can also convert PDF files to various format and vice versa. This enables user to store the data efficiently and use the file formats according to the different requirement. This platform can also organize the PDF files by merging, Splitting, Compressing, deleting or rotating PDF files which are really useful tools for the user while handling PDF files. The Unique feature about this platform is that we can edit the meta data of PDF files. I love the user friendly interface of this platform. I love most part of this platform but I wish that the platform had less advertisement which is really distracting while doing critical task. I also wish that there was an AI chat for PDF files which will allow summarizing and understanding the content of the files easier. Other than this I wish that this platform have more better integration capabilities. I have to say I use 2PDF frequently to combine various documents into a single document in order to bundle several of my articles and reports together into a single PDF for peer review. The drag-and-drop interface makes the process extremely user-friendly and saves me literally hours of time from doing this manually. In addition to combining documents, I also write many of my own articles, save them as PDFs and have them ready to read on my Kindle at a later date. One time I took an extremely large PDF document with hundreds of pages including a number of images so I could do a deeper edit, and I realized that some of the formatting did not convert properly (there were a couple of odd breaks throughout), so a possible area of improvement could be enhancing the layout handling of longer documents.
