What I like most about 2imagine web2print is how easy it is to actually get things done without needing a full design or tech team involved. The editor is pretty straightforward, so even small changes to designs or print materials don’t feel like a task anymore.
I also really like the flexibility with templates and customization. You can tweak things based on different campaigns or clients without starting from scratch every time, which saves a lot of time. The ability to manage everything from creating to publishing in one place is a big plus too.
Another thing that stood out for me is how smoothly it integrates into existing workflows. Once it’s set up, it kind of becomes part of your regular process rather than something extra you have to deal with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that could be better is the pricing, especially for a smaller team or a business just getting started. It feels more suited for mid-sized or larger businesses, so the cost can be a bit hard to justify early on.
I also felt that some features are a bit limited compared to other web-to-print tools out there. It covers the basics well, but when you start looking for more advanced functionality or deeper integrations, it doesn’t always go as far as expected.
Another small thing is the learning curve in the beginning. It’s not super difficult, but if you’re coming from a completely different system, it takes a little time to get comfortable with how everything is structured. And the mobile experience could definitely be smoother I mean it is definitely usable, but can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
