What do you like best about 2Checkout Monetization Platform?

The 2Checkout (now Verifone) team helped us with two A/B tests to improve our existing checkout experience and increase key metrics like the conversion rate and revenue per visitor. The first test compared our current template with a 3-column variation, while the second test went further and compared the winner of the previous test (i.e., the 3-column checkout) with an optimized version of the same 3-column template.

The CRO team was very committed and responsive throughout the two tests and provided us with detailed updates and recommendations to make the most out of the results.res, reliability of the provider Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 2Checkout Monetization Platform?

The order, subscription, and refund management work very well.

The client manager is always reachable and has ideas for improving processes.

Out of the box, many features like cart recovery, retry logic and automated trigger mails are included.

Customizing the shopping cart features and layout is also possible by URL parameters. This allows flexibility on the vendor side.

Custom development for specific features is possible without substantial extra efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 2Checkout Monetization Platform?

The shopping cart design is not up-to-date and others have a more modern looking design.

Only one cart design can be selected. It is not possible to quickly switch to a 3 step approach, or have a lighweight design or a bold one.

What do you like best about 2Checkout Monetization Platform?

2Checkout made it easy to expand our offerings into countries we likely would not have entered on our own. They manage taxation and currency conversion for us which lets us focus on our product and selling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 2Checkout Monetization Platform?

Their integrations are very customizable, and their team is always open to help out with custom assistance when you get stuck.

Their support team is very responsive; we always get an answer in a few hours, if not less.

We can get paid by any client, no matter where he lives, without any headaches.

We also get a single invoice at the end of the month for all the payments processed - simplifying our accounting records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 2Checkout Monetization Platform?

As with any payment processor, sometimes very few users can't get their card payment processed and the communication for this type of problems could be improved. In the past we also had problems with users choosing to pay by PO (purchase order), but they implemented a new workflow that improved the conversion rate a lot in the last 18 months.
