**What do you like best about 2Checkout Monetization Platform?**

I like that their shopping cart has the ability to show pricing in multiple different currencies and languages. It is nice that our global customers can receive emails and make purchases in their own currencies and languages.

**What do you dislike about 2Checkout Monetization Platform?**

I personally find their customer service to be appalling. They do not take the time to carefully read through email queries submitted to them, and reply with generic, pre-created responses that have nothing to do with the question. It takes several emails to get anything resolved, and you have to explain what the issue is in great depth and in extreme detail so they understand because they don't take the time to try understand properly.

**Recommendations to others considering 2Checkout Monetization Platform:**

I personally would not recommend them to anyone. I would recommend another e-commerce platform. It isn't worth the hassle, and I wish we knew that before we started with them. I'm personally a big fan of Cleverbridge as an e-commerce provider.

**What problems is 2Checkout Monetization Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using them helps us to be PCI compliant.
