I like the fact that I have a good customer success team that cares and nurtures their customers, so you always feel like you have a voice in whatever's going on. What do you dislike about 2Checkout Monetization Platform? Yeah. I would say, for example, the email editor is a bit old school in the way it works. So maybe perhaps updating the UI, and that would make it easier for non-technical people to use the email editor and get the most out of it. It was very challenging initially, but we made it. They faced a lot of challenges with mapping the correct things into whatever they should be mapped onto with all the integrations into Salesforce, etcetera, and make sure the information flows the right way. We have been using 2Checkout as a cart provider for a few years now. The platform is stable and reliable, and it supports the most important payment methods for a huge list of countries. The interface and dashboard are easy to use and onboarding for new colleagues doesn't take much time. It's great how you are able to build your desired cart with the long list of parameters provided by 2Checkout and their support in realizing special customizations. Also our account managers and technical contact persons have always been reliable partners that are interested in our business and do their best to improve the cart with and for us. We increased our cart conversion rate by 11% using 2Checkout optimized purchasing templates and checkout flow. In addition, the strong order tracking functionality helped us obtain improved and meaningful reporting that we can leverage to make informed decisions and set future goals. With the boost also from the affiliate sales, we estimate 2Checkout has helped us improve online sales overall by more than 18%. We also really like the conversion optimization service, which allows us to continuously improve our checkout page. It's a paid service, but the fee is reasonable. This makes running our own support team much more difficult (e.g. providing our customers with reliable, timely information about failed purchases or delayed refunds). We've also suffered from a few bugs/glitches in the shopping cart (e.g. currency conversion errors). Our account manager has been great, though. Recommendations to others considering 2Checkout Monetization Platform: Make sure you get to know your account manager, as they'll be critical to solving any problems you encounter. Processing the volume of payments we receive, provisioning licenses, processing refunds, etc., is a big job, and we simply don't have the expertise to do it ourselves. Also, we have customers all around the world. Taking payments from them directly would require taxation expertise that we don't have in-house. (e.g. Which countries or states charge sales tax, and which don't.) Because 2Checkout takes all the payments on our behalf, they handle all tax compliance issues. This also drastically reduces our bookkeeping and accounting complexity and costs, as we're receiving only one payment per month. Finally, we really like the conversion optimization service, which allows us to continuously improve our checkout page based on real-world (AB test) data. The order, subscription, and refund management work very well. The client manager is always reachable and has ideas for improving processes. Out of the box, many features like cart recovery, retry logic and automated trigger mails are included. Customizing the shopping cart features and layout is also possible by URL parameters.
