I have been involved with 2Checkout (Verifone) for nearly three years. I have watched as they have refined the product and improved the support of the product. During my early experience we had a significant amount of issues (most were related to our interoperabiity with the product). Recently our focus has been able to shift from address issues to enhancing the use of the product and leveraging new capabilities. The platform is very customizable and has proven to be dependable. We have been able to have new capabilities added to the program at our request. We need our local offices paid in the local currencies. To do this we were required to pay a currency conversion fee. We launched with a handful of downloadable software products and training courses, and will be expanding into trials and subscriptions soon. There's plenty of marketing tools available as well, from setting up promotions, cross and up-sells, as well as email marketing, AB testing and an affiliate network. We're just starting to play with these, but the platform has handled everything we've needed so far, and if not, the 2Checkout team has helped us setup what we need.
