The responses are very prompt, with immediate follow-up when I need help. **What do you dislike about 247HRM?** Puja from the sales team closed the deal with us. There were delays in implementation from both sides, but despite the delays on their end, we were asked to pay 3000 INR for a data change. This was communicated to us by Priya from the implementation team. Priya also told me there would be only one demo for the HR team and none for employees, which I genuinely don’t understand. It makes no sense to me. Throughout the process, they behaved as if I owned the software and had to keep pushing just to get basic support. I also had to repeatedly request a waiver for the 3000 INR charge. I’m left wondering what the sales team is doing. Why is Puja not involved and instead having unrelated teams like implementation and support communicate with us? It feels like she is more focused on meeting her sales targets than on service. She verbally promised a one-month grace period due to the implementation delay, but even after three months, it still hasn’t been applied. As a result, we are effectively paying for 11 months of usage at the rate of 12 months. Even now, Puja is nowhere in the picture. This is highly unprofessional and unethical. Where in the world would only one demo be enough? Priya from the implementation team also said that Puja decides how many demos will be given. Such an idiotic company. **What problems is 247HRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Earlier, we were using a manual process. Now we have no issues tracking leave and attendance, and the overall process feels much smoother. ### 2. We appreciate the attendance tracking and payroll process features. The notifications from the portal are also helpful. **What do you dislike about 247HRM?** Our main concerns are that sometimes the locations are not captured properly, and we also experience issues with logging in and out. **What problems is 247HRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we request a specific report for certain employees, the system provides all the reports instead of just the ones we need. ### 3. The software is good for small organizations. Price worthy. **What do you dislike about 247HRM?** So many features need to be developed, which are basic features. Likely mails receiving to managers once team members applied a leave/WFH/Incidents so that the managers can keep updated quickly about their team members work status, at present in 247 HRM enabled feature at 1:30pm managers will receive mail. There are so many similar features to be developed, these kind of improvements can actually creates a huge impact on the customer and considers the tool as advance level. **What problems is 247HRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solved Income Tax note issue, we asked to build a note for income tax declation sections. They worked on this and integrated it. ### 4.
