**What do you like best about 22Social?**

Improves customer retention and gain through the social media. Best tool to get maximum out of the social media

**What do you dislike about 22Social?**

Payment through international credit cards is callous. The dashboard is not very user-friendly.  The team is not customer friendly.

**What problems is 22Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Helping me in rating & review management.

The ability to use social media to retain and gain customers. You are able to reach a broad audience.

**What do you dislike about 22Social?**

The interface is not super user friendly.

I would recommend continuing to update the interface to become more user friendly.

Advertising to the right clientele - this app saves you time and money. You connect with a large group of potential customers.

22social is genuine and clear and honest about the process of building online brand and business. Very helpful!!!

I don’t dislike anything about this 22social software was a great experience and very trustworthy!!

22social  has been a great resource for helping me visualize my goal of earning income , the software is great.
