Schedulo is Canadian web-based software for learning centres such as Kumon-style programs, tutoring centres, music and art studios and youth sports programs. It covers parent booking, digital student check-in and check-out with QR or barcode scanning, a printable Class Prep Sheet (who is coming and each student's next class day), an RRL Library desk and staff hours. It also offers appointment booking on its own for professional services. It runs in any browser with no app to install. Every plan has a free 30-day trial with guided setup and no card needed. Prices in CAD per centre per month: Appointments $19.99, Learning Centre $24.99, Centre Suite $39.99; yearly billing gives 2 months free. Built by a Kumon instructor who runs a centre. Schedulo is independent and not affiliated with Kumon North America, Inc.
