Worldsync changed the interface for some reason, not sue why, the old interface was just fine, made sense, was quick to set up and publish items. This new interface was designed by blockheads who have never had to setup 100 items in 2 days. The system times out too quickly, and there are delays in processing, which I know is normal for any system. I would love to see more education for the service center on standards and how to apply them when assisting vendors. The critical error in Item Management that allows suppliers to publish items without the basic, core GDSN attributes, causing errors, bad data, and rework, which all delays item set-up and negatively impacts data quality. The best part of using 1WorldSync is that it easily has user group sessions for learning and discussion. I use the platform every day and I seem to find at least 3 new features that I was unaware of every time I attend a learning session put on by the 1WorldSync team. The things I like the best from 1worldsync is how efficient they make their processes on their software to make the users life easier! Such as adding a Add NFP button that automatically spits out all nutrition facts information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing that bothers me at times about 1worldsync is getting a bunch of errors and warnings and not being able to navigate through them as easily which also could be a lack of training on my end.
