I wish there were more Playlist options--especially Kroger (one I use frequently). I also wish there was more in-depth information about certain errors. Most errors are explained (and even shown exactly where they are), but sometimes I get an error and cannot find where the field is located. Also, if an item is submitted but not accepted for some reason, sometimes there is little information about the reason. Fortunately, the 1WorldSync support is very helpful. At first, everything! This program is complex and allows too many outsider's/vendor's/broker's to work on it; this wreaks havoc on all aspects of execution when we have to go in and try to "undo" a publication mistake.
