Worldsync changed the interface for some reason, not sue why, the old interface was just fine, made sense, was quick to set up and publish items. This new interface was designed by blockheads who have never had to setup 100 items in 2 days. Not intuitive, especially when you use the program only once every few months. Help desk people are sometimes difficult to understand due to heavy accents.
