So firstly pricing is no longer competitive this is my biggest frustration. Then the browser extension occasionally hiccups. So sometimes it works perfectly but sometimes there are some issues. Then there is no free tier. OK then also there's no desktop app that can feel heavier sometimes. Then iOS autofill reliability, so occasionally sometimes it fails to trigger in some apps or Face ID along occasionally requires multiple attempts before successfully filling credentials. Then migration and import experience of the different credentials is kind of hard. Apart from that customer service response is also kind of late if I'm not using the paid subscription. In some applications, I have more than one account. Sometimes I am asked if I want to overwrite passwords or save them separately.
