I had to figure it out myself. They were constantly saying that it's my bank card settings issue while I just had to change a region in the setting of the billing account on their side. And there is no regular payment flow where you can just go and pay for it. Instead you have to add you card on the billing page and wait when they charge it. I appreciate being able to store everything from addresses to passport details and key documents, and having them readily available on both the web portal and mobile app is great. It's super convenient for reviewing or applying for things since I can easily access everything on my phone. I love how the integration for authentication is smooth, so I don't need another app for OTPs. 1Password feels light and not heavy like other password managers, and it's just smooth and convenient to use. The family sharing feature gives peace of mind knowing that shared and private information is secure. The Chrome extensions and Windows application are snappy and well-integrated with a clean, easy-to-read user interface. I also find it incredible how well it integrates with Chrome and the mobile application, and the ability to use fingerprint access for easy unlocking makes it very convenient. It's really good performant easily reachable even on mobiles because they have standalone applications. Previously I would use the same password to log into many different accounts, often just chaning a digit. Or I would create a randon one, then forget it so get logged out. 1Password therefore has solved the security, stopped me forgetting passwords and just made it easier to manage. It always just works, never crashes so performs really well. I was super easy to setup and start using. I love using 1Password cross-platform as it works seamlessly on mac desktop, iphone mobile browser, and apps on both desktop and mobile, without disrupting my workflow. I appreciate how it securely keeps all my important information in one place and generates strong passwords for me. The convenience of having all my licenses, passport, and other documents on hand is invaluable. I like that I never have to remember where I stored a password and it feels very secure. Also, I appreciate the ability to store passkeys and open it with Face ID or Touch ID on Apple products. I really like that 1Password has personal vaults and shared vaults, making organization a breeze. It's easy to find and search passwords with its clean setup. I appreciate that it stores all my passwords and sensitive client details securely in one place. The system feels secure, which is reassuring for both personal and client information storage. Setting up my account and vaults was really easy, and using 1Password across multiple devices makes accessing information straightforward. Sometimes with 1Password, it won't save the username even though I've already put in a username, like the email address or something. It will just save the password, and so then I have to go back in and enter the username. This happens sometimes and can just make it a little bit messy when I'm trying to retrieve a login. It's easy to fix it. When it does happen, it's just kind of frustrating because then I have to track down what the correct username is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
