The folder structure is really well thought out organizing credentials into vaults is super easy and everything stays neat. What i like most is how secure everything feels, the encryption is solid and i never have to worry about my data being exposed. The permissions system is also great, you can control exactly who has access to what which is really helpful when sharing credentials with team members. Sometimes even after the admin has givenn the permissions for a folder, i am still not able to see or acess it. It can be quite frustating because you have to go back to the admin and ask them to check agian. This happenes ocassionally and it would be great if the permission sync was more reliabel and instant. Before using 1Password we used to share passwords over slack or email which was not secure at all. Now with 1Password evreyone in the team has access to only what they need and we dont have to worry about credentails being shared in wrong places. It has made our workflow much more efficent and secure. The team vaults are really helpfull for colaboration and it saves alot of time since nobody has to ask around for passwords anymore. Unable to shared security tokens with one-time shares with is a minor handcuff when dealing with external developers. I'm not sure what AI features are present, unaware of offerings.
