You lose integration here. For example, yesterday I asked Gemini to create a spreadsheet for me to do some complex math. Without the integration that I'd get with an actual Gemini subscription it told me step by step how to do it, but it took me about 15 minutes befure I really understood what the instructions were telling me to do.
