Using 1Life has enabled me to keep on track with expires of training and clearances that will be due for renewal. The ability to set up new employees to review and sign company policies online has helped with onboarding and employee reviews. The mobile app is making it so that project managers can pull information they need on job sites. 1Life customer support has been available for training, listening to our needs and customizing features to make day to day use of the software stressfree. To be able to access all your Health and Safety Documents, forms, training from anywhere you are, home, office, job site. Can check to see what employee's have or haven't done in terms of health and safety. It allows us to be able to run a safety program with not a lot of training in the field of safety. Gynelle and her team have been incredible to us and helping us make sure that we are set up and using the software correctly. It also has options for us to try and push the limits and use the software for things you wouldn't think of.
