I generally like the ease of use of Mysafety Assistant and the continuous improvements that it has undergone during my years of use, and the customer service that it provides. I wouldn't say I like that the audio component has been removed from the training programs as people learn differently and they need different ways to understand information. I like that it is easy to use. The platform is extremely user-friendly and lets you create and manage forms your workers submit with ease. Collecting the metadata from my forms has been my favorite. I can organize the way I want and find the documents I need instantly. The staff at 1life have been very informative and offer training and guidance when needed. Being able to pick and choose what features you would like to have on one specific plan would be ideal instead of having to stick to a certain plan. Would benefit us as a smaller company that may need not all of the features. Not enough options when creating a form as well as the scheduling tool can be confusing at times. When filling out a form it would be cool if the workers were able to submit a link(hyperlink) so i can click on it as a manager and see what they were reviewing (like a safety video for a safety talk, or a OSH news article they found online) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. It keeps track of our safety schedules for audit purposes, but more importantly keeping our employees safe every day! It's not only the safety aspect, but it's also a great way to start to go paperless for our daily records, maintenance work, and warranty issues can all be looked up in history. The ease of use and the audit records are always there for quick retrieval. When you have a question about anything pertaining to the use/application of the 1Life system or legislation involved in meeting the H & S requirements for your company, you get a fast and direct answer from their team of experts. Having the reporting done in the time frame that it is required. Make sure all things that are related to a safety audit are covered and in place! I am finding that employees were reluctant in using a computer to record their daily tasks/jobs. Now think it's the best thing and much easier than the paper records they had to fill out.
