1Channel Pricing Management Software keeps price variation under control for companies selling through distributors, super stockists and retailers. Admins build three kinds of price list: customer-specific for a negotiated account, customer-type for all distributors or all super stockists, and geography-based for a region. The system resolves the price in a fixed order, customer-specific first, then customer-type, then geography, then a fallback SKU price. The fallback can be MRP, selling price or cost price, set separately for company-to-distributor and distributor-to-retailer sales. SKU prices are uploaded in bulk from a downloadable format. At order entry the applicable price is applied automatically while stock, scheme and credit are checked, and pricing exceptions can route through approval chains of up to 7 levels. Field reps see MRP, selling price and savings in the Android and iOS app, and applied prices flow into the invoice. Used by FMCG, pharma and consumer durables teams.
