Employees mark attendance in one tap from the Android or iOS app with a selfie, GPS location and timestamp, accepted only inside the location's geo-fence. Offline entries sync when the connection returns. AI matches each check-in selfie against a manager-approved reference photo and asks for a retake on a mismatch, stopping proxy punching. The same photo is scored for uniform and grooming, and random spot-checks re-verify staff mid-day. Missed entries are corrected through regularization requests approved along the reporting hierarchy. A live dashboard shows present, absent, late and defaulter counts by team and location. Region-wise holiday calendars feed attendance, and monthly closure produces payroll-ready Excel or PDF exports, with an API for HRMS sync. Used by field sales, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics and banking teams.
