17hats allows me to have all my business administrative tasks and all records and documents related to each client in one place. The best part is that most of the tasks are automated, eliminating the need to hire an assistant for those tasks.

The same way as you would train your assistant for the job you would spend some time to set up your systems the way you want them to work for you. There are many resources available to learn how to do it, including the live trainings where you can workshop your setup with a very knowledgeable team member, and the new Marketplace makes it even easier - you can download the set up you want and save time on setting things up yourself.

Integration with my calendars and Zoom makes setting up meetings a breath - I don't have to double check for time conflicts or go back and forth with the Zoom links. It all happens automatically.

Running my business from 17hats daily frees my time to have life and run my business, I don't have to choose one over the other.

I am a total nerd when it comes to 17hats. I love all the things it can do and all the ways it makes my life so much easier. I wish the invoices were more customizable and there are some other misc. features that would be nice to have. But 17hats is always working hard to improve and develop new features. I'm able to set up workflows from Lead Capture forms, send invoices and contracts without me having to manually go in, and I can personalize the emails so they don't feel automated.
