"Streamlined Performance Management with Easy Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about 15Five?

I love that 15Five is so easy to use. It really gives us valuable data on how our team is feeling. I love the high five wall, which lets me see how much our team recognizes each other. It's great that we can attach our values to the high fives. I also really love the engagement surveys, which are sent automatically. It's all about automation, making our time easier by doing the necessary tasks and providing us the data we can act on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 15Five?

Definitely the growth studio and the ID plans. We'd love to use Survey's more ie for exit surveys, but the fact that you can't tailor them or send them out with specific messages is frustrating. You can't alter them or add comments once they've been submitted. In terms of the growth studio, the IDP plans will be amazing, but they're very manual at the moment, and you can't clone them. I'm not sure about the value compared to what we're already doing. Also started using the Kona coaching, however you cannot use this when having the 1:1 in person, which out business does a lot, so we are not getting the full value of this. "Weekly Check-Ins and 1:1 Agendas Transformed Our Meeting Culture"
4.5/5
What do you like best about 15Five?

The weekly check in and the 1 on 1 agenda tools have truly transformed our meeting culture. Both managers and employees arrive irritated with a clear outline, which keep our conversation focused and much more productive than they were previously. In also really value the real time recognition features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 15Five?

The reporting suite has a bit of a learning curve, and it can take some time for new users to figure out exactly where the deep-dive analytics are located. While the data is high quality, the navigation within the reporting tab could be more intuitive. I also believe the platform could benefit from more flexible customisation options for the internal engagement surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Caitlin Ludke of 15Five

"15Five Makes Performance Conversations Human and Check-Ins Effortless"
4.5/5
What do you like best about 15Five?

I really appreciate how 15Five strips away the usual corporate heaviness from performance management and makes conversations feel genuinely human and straightforward. Having our weekly check-ins, OKRs, and recognition all centralized in a single dashboard has been a huge time-saver and keeps everything easy to find in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 15Five?

The initial setup can feel pretty overwhelming if you don’t get proper onboarding, especially because nearly all features are enabled by default. For a fast-moving team that needs to stay lean, this can make the platform feel unnecessarily process-heavy right from the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Caitlin Ludke of 15Five

Hi Leonard, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with 15Five. We’re so glad to hear that the platform has helped make performance conversations feel more approachable and human while giving your team one central place to stay aligned on goals, feedback, and recognition. Creating a more connected and streamlined experience is exactly what we aim for, so it’s great to hear that value coming through for your team.

We also appreciate your honest feedback around onboarding and initial setup. We understand how enabling a broad set of features upfront can feel overwhelming, especially for teams that need to move quickly and keep processes lightweight. Creating a smoother, more intuitive onboarding experience is something we’re continuously working toward, and we’ll be sure to share your feedback with our product and customer experience teams as we continue improving the platform. If you ever need support with any of our features, you can reach us at support@15five.com.

"Robust Continuous Culture Insights with Some Administrative Friction"
4.5/5
What do you like best about 15Five?

I log into 15Five first thing every morning to check our company-wide Pulse Ratings and monitor real-time employee sentiment trends across our various departments. My typical daily workflow involves analyzing these engagement scores so I can proactively sync with department leaders before minor team friction turns into a larger retention risk. The Best-Self Review module has completely transformed how we run our semi-annual performance cycles, making it incredibly simple to track self-assessments and manage 360-degree review calibrations in one clean space. On the technical side, the platform utilizes a robust REST API that automates user provisioning and data syncing directly through our BambooHR integration. This background automation ensures that whenever our core employee database updates, reporting lines and active profiles adjust instantly without requiring any manual spreadsheet uploads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 15Five?

My primary frustration happens when the executive board requests an urgent workforce analytics summary right before a strategic meeting, and the reporting filters experience heavy lag. Staring at a spinning loading wheel while attempting to export aggregate High Fives data and engagement metrics across multiple sub-teams under an intense time crunch is deeply stressful. Additionally, managing administrative permissions for matrix reporting structures or cross-functional project teams feels unnecessarily clunky. Trying to grant a temporary dotted-line project manager visibility into specific weekly Check-ins requires too many manual overrides and custom workarounds. The platform’s automated notification system can also be a bit rigid, occasionally sending automated participation reminders to employees who are currently out on approved medical or parental leave unless an admin manually pauses their accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Caitlin Ludke of 15Five

Hi Anashika, thanks for taking the time to review 15Five!

We're so happy to hear that 15Five is helping you stay on top of employee sentiment with Pulse data, streamline your performance review cycles, and save time through our BambooHR integration. It's great to know these features are supporting your day-to-day work and helping your team stay proactive.

We also appreciate your candid feedback on the platform. We understand how frustrating reporting lag can be when you're working against a deadline, and we hear your feedback around administrative permissions for matrix organizations and notification flexibility for employees on leave. These are valuable insights, and we'll be sure to share them with our Product team as we continue improving the platform.

If you are ever experiencing issues and need additional support, please reach out to us at support@15five.com - our team is happy to help!

"Revolutionized Our Team Performance Tracking with 15Five!"
5/5
What do you like best about 15Five?

I use 15Five in my organization for goal setting, reviewing, and tracking the performance of my team members. 15Five has really helped streamline getting weekly updates from my team, which was previously a bottleneck. I can easily set up one-on-one discussions, which gives me visibility into my team's progress. One of the best parts that I like about 15Five is monitoring my team's engagement with the pulse survey. It's very innovative and easy to use. I share feedback with each team member through pulse surveys, and it doesn't feel like a burden to participate, so almost every team member joins in, making the performance management process more effective. I've heard the setup was easy, and the customer service team is very responsive and knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 15Five?

I feel it would be better if the application allows more customizations in the pulse surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Caitlin Ludke of 15Five

Hi Ganesh, thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. It’s great to hear how 15Five is helping you streamline weekly updates, run more effective 1:1s, and stay closely connected to your team’s engagement. Creating that kind of visibility without adding extra burden is exactly what we aim for, so it’s really meaningful to hear that your team is actively participating and finding value in the pulse surveys.

We also appreciate your feedback on offering more customization within the platform. We know how important it is for teams to tailor surveys to their unique needs, and that’s something we’re continuing to explore. We'll be sure to pass this feedback along to our product team.

Thanks again for your review!

"A structured and practical platform for ongoing performance management"
4/5
What do you like best about 15Five?

Over time, what stands out more clearly is how consistently the platform supports structured check-ins and ongoing feedback without adding friction to the workflow. As I continued using it, the experience felt predictable and easy to maintain, especially when revisiting goals and tracking progress across different review cycles. The way feedback, goals and check-ins connect feels deliberate rather than fragmented, which helps in keeping everything aligned without needing multiple tools.

From a day to day perspective, the platform remains reliable for routine performance tracking. It doesn’t require frequent adjustments once set up, which makes it practical for repeated use. I also noticed that navigation and feature discovery become more intuitive with continued use, reducing the need for external guidance. Overall, the experience feels consistent and manageable even when used over a longer period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 15Five?

The trial duration still feels somewhat limited when trying to evaluate the platform in a more realistic team setting. While the core features are accessible, it can be difficult to fully understand how the system behaves over multiple performance cycles within a short timeframe. Extending the trial period slightly would allow for a more complete evaluation, especially for teams that rely on structured and recurring workflows.

Additionally, some level of deeper customization or flexibility in how workflows are configured could be beneficial as usage grows. This becomes more noticeable when trying to adapt the platform to slightly different team structures or review approaches over time. While the current setup works well for standard use cases, additional flexibility would improve long-term adaptability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Caitlin Ludke of 15Five

Hi Tarun! Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review, we really appreciate it.

We're glad to hear the platform has felt consistent and easy to maintain over time, and that the connection between goals, feedback, and check-ins is helping keep everything aligned for your team.

We also appreciate your feedback on the trial length and flexibility. Those are important considerations, especially as teams grow and need to evaluate workflows in-depth. We'll be sure to share this with our product team as we continue to improve the platform.

Thanks again for your insights and for being a part of the 15Five community!

"15Five’s Feature-Rich Platform Makes Team Management and Recognition Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about 15Five?

15Five range of features is genuinely impressive. It includes 1:1 agendas, action items, surveys and performance reviews bascially everything you need to manage a team without constantly jumping between different tools. I also really value the advising resources 15Five provides, since they inprove the overall work experience by offering practical insights and guidance. The integration with systems like ADP is another, because it keeps employee data updated without extra to date without any extra effort. And the high fives features is a great extra touch it makes recognition feel simple and natural rather than forced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 15Five?

Overall, I haven’t run into sny problems. The features are solid and works as expected, though goal alignment and reporting take a small time to understand at first. It would help if adding these items and setting dates for tgem were more streamlined. Clearer guidance or a simpler setup process would make difference, especailly for admins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for keeping project teams aligned and motivated, but requires a strong culture shift"
4.5/5
What do you like best about 15Five?

In a large organization with over 5,000 employees, project managers can easily lose track of individual team sentiment and micro-blockers across distributed divisions. What I like most about 15Five is how effortlessly it structures the continuous feedback loop.

The weekly Check-Ins are incredibly lightweight but high-impact. It takes my team less than ten minutes to log their weekly priorities, flag any critical roadblocks, and give a quick pulse rating on how they are feeling. The 1-on-1 Agenda builder is a brilliant feature; it automatically pulls these flagged blockers directly into our next scheduled sync, making sure our face-to-face time is spent solving actual problems rather than status reporting.

I also heavily value the High Fives feature. In an enterprise setting, cross-functional support often goes unnoticed, but this micro-recognition tool makes it incredibly easy for developers, analysts, and QA engineers to publicly celebrate each other's wins, which goes a long way for morale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 15Five?

While the core framework is excellent, the survey questions can feel highly repetitive over time if you don't manually refresh them. If the admin leaves the standard templates untouched for 6 to 8 months, filling out the weekly check-in starts to feel like a tedious administrative chore for the team, which can cause submission rates to drop.

Additionally, navigating the OKRs and goal-tracking module across multiple large departmental matrices can feel a bit rigid. The reporting dashboards provide great high-level sentiment analytics, but extracting hyper-specific custom reports for executive presentations requires more manual filtering and clicking than it should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Caitlin Ludke of 15Five

Hi Lovleen, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with 15Five! We're delighted to hear that 15Five is helping your team stay connected and aligned, especially in a large scale organization like yours. It's great to know that features like Check-Ins, 1-on-1s, and High Fives are helping your teams surface important conversations and recognize contributions across functions.

We also appreciate your candid feedback around survey question fatigue and reporting flexibility. Keeping engagement fresh and meaningful over time is incredibly important, and we understand how repetitive experiences can impact participation. We also understand the importance and need for more streamlined reporting and greater flexibility when working across complex organizational structures. We'll be sure to share these insights with our product team as we look for ways to improve both the employee and admin experience.
