I need to access client computers on a daily basis. Some clients need to be present when I access and other allow me unattended access. Zoho Assist lets me do both. I have used Assist for many years now, and while I have tried alternatives, I have never found anything that could match the features and ease of use. In the few times that I have needed to request support, I have always gotten a LIVE person, and they were able to quickly resolve the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While licensing is very reasonable, managing the subscription can be a bit cumbersome at first. There are 3 products with multiple levels. However, once you have you choices set its it easy to adjust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That I can be anywhere and still access the comps I have, and those of my various family members I have older parents that are on the comps all the time but need assistance quite a bit. I like that Zoho Assist is very easy to use. I'm able to see in the background when I dial into a device and need to restart the computer, and I'm able to see the user interface and all the different controls that can be used during the session. There are many other features that make Zoho Assist better than other remote applications. I also appreciate the drastically different cost and the fact that it has more controls. The resource on the device for the agent itself is very low, and overall, it's just very easy to use with a user-friendly interface. Sometimes it takes a little bit of time for it to install the agent on the user's device. It could also improve by having a clear, good functionality. Sometimes there could be issues where I have to redownload to the device or when the device is restarted or does updates, I might have to have the user click on the link again so they can dial back into the device.
