"Easy No-Code App Building with Drag-and-Drop and Microsoft Integrations"
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?

I can easily create apps without needing to learn complex coding languages anymore. I can build apps just by dragging and dropping components. It also provides support for integrating with other Microsoft tools like Excel, Teams, etc. The interface is very easy to learn, so it’s simple to get started. Managing data is also easy. And now using AI I can create components by giving commands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?

The formulas are complicated, and I get confused many times while implementing them. Managing large data is also complex. Sometimes the performance is slow as well, and while creating it, it lags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Drag-and-Drop App Building with Seamless Microsoft Integrations"
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?

I can use it to build apps easily without putting in much effort. I just have to drag and drop, and it creates the components quickly. It also provides seamless integration with other Microsoft apps like Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint. In our company, we’ve created multiple apps using Power Apps—for example, we used a timecard app to track working hours, and we also built a leave management system to manage leaves and location changes. Also it is very easy to learn and implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?

Sometimes managing the logic gets complex when the data set is large. For example, we store our employee data in an app we created using Power Apps, which is integrated with a Microsoft Excel sheet, and managing the data in that sheet becomes complicated over time. It would also be better if Power Apps could provide more theme options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Power Apps: Your Fast Track to Custom Apps"
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?

I like that Microsoft Power Apps lets me build custom apps modify forms or views quickly without having to be a coding expert. It’s straightforward to connect to data sources like SharePoint, Dataverse etc; automate tasks, and create apps that solve real problems without a lot of delay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?

I dislike that saving and publishing in Power Apps can be confusing. Even for very small changes, I have to hit the publish button again and again, and there’s often a delay before the updates show up, which can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great low-code platform for internal apps, but takes time to master"
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?

What I like most about Microsoft Power Apps is how it helps eliminate repetitive manual work. In our case, we used to manually download executed documents from Adobe Sign based on tracking information in an Excel sheet. It was time-consuming and prone to errors if someone missed a row or filtered incorrectly.

With Power Apps, we were able to create a more structured internal process around that tracking. It integrates well with Excel and other Microsoft tools, which made implementation easier for us.

It’s especially helpful for internal operational tools where you don’t need a full enterprise-grade application but still want something more controlled and scalable than spreadsheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?

The biggest challenge is the learning curve. It’s marketed as low-code, but to build anything meaningful, you still need to understand formulas, logic, and how data connections work. It’s not completely plug-and-play.

Licensing can also be confusing depending on connectors and features. Some advanced integrations require premium plans, which adds cost.

Performance can slow down when working with larger Excel files or more complex data sources. Also, troubleshooting errors isn’t always intuitive — sometimes it takes trial and error to figure out what’s wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Power Apps Centralized Build Tracking Across Hundreds of AWS Accounts"
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?

We use Microsoft Power Apps to capture and manage build information across nearly 490 AWS accounts, giving us a single, structured interface for data collection, validation, and updates. It replaces scattered spreadsheets and manual tracking with a centralized, governed workflow that improves accuracy, accelerates audits, and gives our cloud team real‑time visibility into every account’s configuration and lifecycle.

Accont owners need to know the VPC CIDR ranges, who created the account etc information, so this serves as one stop shop for all such information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?

We have custom API's built to fetch information from AWS but the performance is dropping considering our large dataset.

May be I feel like, Azure would be its preferred platform for seamless integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rapid App Building with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration"
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?

What I like best about Microsoft Power Apps is how quickly you can turn an idea into a working application without deep coding knowledge. The seamless integration with Microsoft 365 tools like SharePoint, Teams, and Excel makes it very practical for real business use cases. It empowers teams to solve operational problems fast without waiting on long development cycles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?

One thing I dislike about Microsoft Power Apps is that performance can sometimes lag when apps become complex or handle large datasets. Customization beyond a certain level can also feel limiting compared to full-code development. Additionally, managing governance and licensing across environments can get confusing for larger teams. What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?

What I dislike about Microsoft Power Apps is that it can feel limiting for more complex or highly customized applications.
