Using the Milestones app meets these needs. You can create customized apps and plan, prioritize, and track the team's work on the project in one place. While it isn't perfect, I would count it as the best low-code app platform. While there are over 1000 data connectors available, it is also easy to build your own, meaning that if you have data chances are you could have an app interacting with that data. It also shines as part of the Power Platform, which gives access to automation, data analytics, chatbots, and low-code websites that can also interact with business data. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?** I think the most challenging aspect of Power Apps is also what makes it easy: the fact that it is part of a platform. This means that whatever you build will be tied to that platform and you will have to pay for access to that platform. While the pricing structure is more easily understood now than it used to be, it can still feel a bit on the pricy side for the average business. Of course, when considering the savings in time and accuracy when compared to paper or more siloed processes (Excel spreadsheets come to mind) the cost actually is worth it in the end. **What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?** Power Apps allows us to build tools to give access to the right data for the right people at the right time. It is scalable so it can grow to whatever need we may have but simple enough for more targeted scenarios. We have saved hundreds of manhours as well as having real-time data available to our employees which increases the quality of our work and communication. With it being low-code, we are also able to quickly make changes or improvements as needed, allowing us to provide high-quality, usable tools for our employees so they can be more efficient and less frustrated by poor processes. ### 3. It reduces our need to create an application in Visual Code for example, and do all the work of using the MIcrosoft APIs. Creating a power app can often be fairly quick and easy. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?** If we have more complex functionality with more logic embedded into the app, debugging can often be difficult. We have to use little hacks to debug the app which is time consuming. Another problem is that it is hard to work with the delegation errors. Making a simple filter using the "in" operator cuases problems sometimes, when this should be simple. Also, the data limitations of 2000 records makes it hard to work with this app. Often, our lists go up to 5000 records and we need to be able to pull in those records into the app in a gallery. Otherwise it results in loading issues. Another nice to have feature would be if the version control had metadata about what changes were made in each version, sort of like traditional version control. Sometimes I'll keep publishing incremental changes to work around this, but it will be nice to have. Another issues we've come across is if connections change in the app. Updating them in the app proves to be cumbersome and can break several areas in the code. **What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping us customize our Sharepoint forms, since we often need more advanced functionality for those, and it allows us to call other external APIs if needed.
