"A clean, reliable email solution for everyday business use"
What do you like best about Zoho Mail?

I like that Zoho Mail is clean, fast, and very easy to use for daily work. The mailbox feels organized, and I don’t get distracted by unnecessary features. The interface is simple, the spam filter works well, and everything loads quickly. I also like that it integrates nicely with other Zoho apps, which makes work smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?

Sometimes emails take a little longer to sync, especially when switching devices. The mobile app experience could be smoother, and some advanced features feel hidden. Nothing major, but there is room for improvement in speed and UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean Email Solution for Small Teams"
What do you like best about Zoho Mail?

Zoho Mail keeps everything simple, but still gives you proper tools like filters, rules, folders, and tags, so the inbox never feels overwhelming. I also like how seamlessly it connects with Zoho Calendar and Zoho CRM. Even managing multiple domains and users is surprisingly easy through the admin panel, which is helpful for small teams who don’t want something overly technical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?

Some parts of the interface take time to get used to, especially if you’re coming from Gmail or Outlook. A few features are hidden in menus, so discovering them requires some trial and error. Certain third-party tools don’t connect smoothly without manual setup. The mobile app works, but it isn’t as fast or polished as the desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zoho Mail: Clean, Secure, but Limited Storage and Tricky Setup"
What do you like best about Zoho Mail?

Ad‑free, clean / uncluttered interface

Users like that there are no distracting advertisements inside the mailbox. The UI tends to be clean, minimal, professional.

Strong security and privacy features

Two‑factor authentication (2FA) and options for strong authentication.

Encryption (in transit, at rest); compliance with standard security policies; monitoring for unusual account activity etc.

Domain‑based policies, spam/malware filtering, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?

What people dislike about Zoho Mail

Limited Storage in Lower Tiers / Free Plan

The free plan gives only 5 GB which many users say is low, especially compared to Gmail’s 15 GB.

Even paid plans in some cases are felt to have insufficient storage when you have many attachments, large media, etc.

Custom Domain Setup & Initial Configuration Can Be Tricky

Some users report that setting up DNS records, SPFs, DKIM/DMARC, aliases etc., or migrating from other services (Outlook, Exchange, etc.) can be confusing or unreliable.

There are situations where contact/calendar sync (especially via CardDAV / ActiveSync) doesn’t work cleanly, or fields don’t map / edits don’t sync correctl Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Budget-Friendly, and Effortlessly Scalable"
What do you like best about Zoho Mail?

It works reliably! We've never received any complaints about downtime. It's cost-effective and provides storage upgrades to support scalability. The administrative interface is user-friendly and simple to navigate. The pricing structure is clear and reasonable. Creating new accounts is straightforward, and implementing security features and email policies is uncomplicated. Direct integration with platforms like CloudFlare makes configuring DNS records hassle-free. Their customer support is also quick and helpful—once you manage to locate it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?

Zoho Mail makes it easy to manage emails for several domains using just one login, which is quite convenient. However, separating these domains into individual accounts is a frustrating and cumbersome process. I really hope they introduce a simpler way to handle this in the future. What do you like best about Zoho Mail?

I use Zoho Mail for professional business email communication. I like Zoho Mail most for its clean, ad-free interface, strong security, and effective spam protection. It provides a clean, ad-free interface with strong spam filtering, secure email hosting, and easy management of professional emails, which saves time and improves productivity. Reducing clutter and improving work efficiency with Zoho Mail impacts my daily workflow, enabling faster focused work. What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?

I don't like the occasional slow loading and limited customization options. Sometimes emails load slowly, and I wish there were more themes and layout customization available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient and Feature-Rich Email Solution with Zoho"
What do you like best about Zoho Mail?

One of the standout features of Zoho Mail is its clean and intuitive interface. It’s easy to navigate, which makes managing emails a breeze. I also appreciate the robust organization tools, such as folders, labels, and filters, which help me keep my inbox tidy. The integration with other Zoho applications is a huge plus, allowing for seamless collaboration and productivity. Additionally, the built-in calendar and task management features are very handy for keeping everything in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?

While Zoho Mail is generally reliable, I’ve experienced occasional slow loading times, especially when accessing large attachments or during peak usage hours. Also, the mobile app, while functional, could use some improvements in terms of user experience and responsiveness. Sometimes, it feels a bit clunky compared to the web version. "A Powerful, Ad-Free Email Suite for Business"
What do you like best about Zoho Mail?

I love that it's a privacy-focused and ad-free email service that's incredibly powerful for businesses. The control panel for administrators is fantastic, and its seamless integration with the entire Zoho ecosystem (like CRM and Docs) makes it a complete productivity hub, not just an inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?

The user interface, while very functional, can feel a bit dated and clunky compared to the more modern and fluid designs of competitors like Gmail. It gets the job done, but it just lacks that slick, intuitive feel in its day-to-day navigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Email Management for a Growing Business!"
What do you like best about Zoho Mail?

As the administrator and owner at Odelia Enterprise, I’ve found Zoho Mail to be a very practical solution for handling my company’s emails. Setting up accounts for my team was straightforward, and the interface is clean.

I like how Zoho Mail keeps my inboxes organized, with good spam filtering and easy ways to sort messages. Since I’m often on the move, being able to access mail on my phone and respond quickly has made a big difference for my productivity. The admin controls let me manage users and permissions without much stress, and I appreciate the security features that help protect our data.

Zoho Mail is user-friendly for most people, but some of the more advanced settings and integrations take a bit of time to figure out, especially if you’re not very technical. Sometimes, syncing with other office tools is not as smooth as I’d like, and integrating with some external apps needs extra steps. I use Zoho Mail for communicating with staff and clients, and while it has many features, some are more suited for bigger organizations, so we don’t use everything.

Overall, Zoho Mail solves our problems around reliable email delivery, user management, and keeping our communications secure and organized. It saves me time as an administrator and helps my team stay connected, so I’d recommend it to other businesses looking for a dependable email platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?

Sometimes the advanced settings and integrations can be a bit complicated and take extra time to figure out, especially if you’re not very technical.

What do you like best about Zoho Mail?

Zoho mail provided free 5gb storage mail with usage of custom domain.

Basis of domain I got my professional domain connected to zoho mail and if I use third party I need to pay monthly rental. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?

5gb storage is sufficient but not for longer term.

In free plan Integration has limitations and then paid plan is compulsory.

Slower usage if so much clubbed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
