Pega is not so intuitive for new users. Some training is needed to understand how to use it. It is also necessary to spend a good amount of time training new resources to work on Pega Sales Automation.

No need for investing much time in data consumption, we can automate end to end. 2. We can target more customers based on their requirements. 3. As it's built on AI, the platform is very effective. 4. With the help of robotic automation, less manual effort is needed.

Lega sales is very easy to use and operate. The functions are user-friendly and allows you to customise as per the insights you are looking for. Its an automated tool, no hassle to analyse and feed the data every time. Saves a lot of time and manual effort.

So far no disconnect on my usage. Love the product to be honest.

This tool requires extensive training for new people and completely understanding applications its usage.  That means users need to invest time in learn the application.

The ease of accessing past calls and understanding the cycle of the sales process.  The tool even summarizes with an email for the user to understand the history and formalize.
