I really like that I can create forms easily from scratch or can use pre-built templates. UI is so simple, no need for additional knowledge. Simply, drag and drop. Also, this is fully customizable and has great validations for user inputs. It generates PDFs from the form when submitting and notify to both parties. This was very useful for me. • The Thank you page should return to the site after a certain period of time or have a link to go back to the site

• Before saving a form have a remainder to have all the configurations in place, just to make sure once is published will have a fully configured Form.

-The setup process is super easy, it will automatically add a custom App to the App Launcher where you can find all the options needed.

-The template gallery is extremely diverse, has a lot of form types and industry-related templates, I'm pretty sure you will find the best solution for your company just as we did

- A drag and drop process for creating the forms is amazing, you can customize your options, add colors, your logo, custom fields, and validations, that's neat!.

- Publishing the forms is not complicated at all, it gives you an option to post into a Salesforce Community, Marketing Cloud but also Shopify, WordPress, Facebook, and Twitter, we went for embedding a form and sharing a link that gets automatically created.

The platform is very user friendly. I did not need to read any documentation because everything was so intuitive for me. The possibilities are vast when creating fields. I really liked:
