Additionally, if there is a high volume of traffic, the scalability does not quite meet expectations. Integration with other popular services like google drive and mail chimp, and that you can tailor your forms to your own branding is a really nice touch, google forms is very basic in comparison. The user interface is not very friendly; I think typeform is a better alternative in this regard; easier to understand to use and better branded.
