The main and primary concern for my organization was an SSL protected form, I went initially with the gold membership which initially i believed to include this but then after purchasing this for a few hundred dollars found that the next level up was required to get SSL protection, This wasn't made clear at all during the selling process, gold had plenty of monthly submissions and available forms to be created for our need but it was very sneaky to not include premium features and be open and clear about what all is and isn't included with the paid plans. **Recommendations to others considering 123FormBuilder:** If you need a secure easy to use formbuilder application I would recommend this application, just look into the pricing carefully and what features that are included with each tier before deciding. **What problems is 123FormBuilder solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are in the process of digitizing our Jury Trial Forms as well as still offering mailed questionnaires. When adding a field - it "adds" it to the bottom of the form and you have to drag it back up - that is incredibly annoying.
