"Great Low Cost Alternative To Zoom"

What do you like best about 11Sight?

No software is needed to be downloaded on either end outside of the webcam. The quality of the video reception is great Best of all, it is much cheaper than Zoom Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 11Sight?

The only complaint I have is that I wish that the company would clean up the administrator's interface. It's a little clunky and hard to find things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"We finally found an alternative to zoom, but then some more features!"

What do you like best about 11Sight?

With 11sight we can now have online meetings but also on-demand phone calls directly from our website, meeting rooms and so much more. While it misses some features, we are confident that the developer is going to continue moving forward making this tool even more amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 11Sight?

For the time being I am missing breakout rooms (zoom feature), otherwise I can't think right now of any other shortcoming from this app. I am very well aware that right now the app is still in a growing phase and I am confident the developer will be listeing to their customer base. What problems is 11Sight solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have now the ability to include a direct call feature on our website to engage in direct communication with our clients who might have a question. "I Love What 11Sight Does For Me and My Team!"

What do you like best about 11Sight?

11Sight is easy to set up and in minutes I'm calling my mates and colleagues. The mobile app is superb and much better than the current web UI implementation. Also, there's real-time transcription, CNAME for custom branding, meeting recordings, amongst others. You can set up buttons on your website so your customers can message or even video call you directly if you're available. There are just so many features that are working right now! And most of all, support is amazing. That's my number one criteria for choosing my preferred tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 11Sight?

The web interface. There are so many features and navigation isn't very intuitive. They're planning to release a brand-new dashboard in a few weeks and I'm so looking forward to that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

11Sight provides a lot of facilities to let you communicate with your team and customers productively. It lets you customize the features according to what you need (even lets you remove 11Sight branding for your agency). "Amazing online meeting software!"

What do you like best about 11Sight?

Simply share a link of the meeting room with your meeting participants, and they'll be able to connect to the meeting using their browser (Chrome, Safari, and others) without having to download or install any additional software. The video quality is truly outstanding, i.e. very high quality, as is the meeting recording. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 11Sight?

The 11Sight main dashboard's User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) are a bit intimidating, especially for new users of the software. The software could really use some badly needed interface simplification to improve the overall user experience and ease of use. Luckily, the new UI/UX will be rolled out in February 2022! Yay! Using a short URL to share and have people hold a web call or conference with you, as well as the ability to add users, utilize a mobile app, and brand the entire experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 11Sight?

The only thing I dislike right now is the fact that you cannot start and stop a recording during a call....you have to decide to record before you start the call, and you can only record the entire thing versus parts of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
