I love the convenient communication and efficient lead management features of 11Sight. What do you dislike about 11Sight?

Lack of desktop tools: There is no dedicated desktop application, so users need to stay logged in to the browser to receive calls, which is not very convenient to use. Limited brand customization: There are many 11Sight brand logos within the software, and users cannot completely remove them, which can affect the brand display effect when facing customers for companies that focus on showcasing their own brand image.
