The level 1 agents mostly have no idea how to resolve the issue and then they escalate to senior agents. So overall the resolution time increases.p **What problems is 10Web solving and how is that benefiting you?** The best part is how it finally fixed the "plugin mess." I used to juggle 10 different things for security and backups and they’d always conflict or break the site. Having everything in one dashboard is a total lifesaver and gives me so much peace of mind. I was able to create a website that had all of the features I had spent thousands of dollars to have built previously and I created it all in a couple of days. **What do you dislike about 10Web?** There are not really a lot of good instructions. While most things are pretty intuitive, this does not cover everything. When you want to add something that is off of their normal ai platform, there is a bit of a learning curve. I also am not a fan of the ask ai button for help with the website. In my experience, it did not work reliably. **What problems is 10Web solving and how is that benefiting you?** 10Web is solving a problem with updating my website. My previous provider informed me that I needed to update my website to a newer platform and it would cost me several thousand dollars I did not have to make that happen. I looked around for someone to help me with this project, but nothing came to the fore. 10Web gave me the ability to take the material I had already created and put in an updated website which is much more attractive than the previous version. ### 6. It's a big plus that I can get the domain, hosting, and other essentials all in one place, so I don't have to worry about sourcing these from different providers. Overall, these features make things so much easier and save me a lot of time. **What do you dislike about 10Web?** In my situation building a live streaming website, 10Web struggled to get some plugins to work the way I needed, and I had to research a lot to get those features to work which took me much longer than building a basic website.
