I love how simple Zoho Marketing Automation makes it for me to automate the entire marketing process and integrate it with the marketing tools I've been using before. The tool has provided me a single place to manage everything related to digital marketing for my clients. I really love how intuitive it is; it's absolutely easy for me to use and set up with just one single click. Even as a non-marketing expert, I have been able to understand the entire workflow and use it effectively. I'm not a technical person, but I could set it up easily, which is really cool.

I think this lags a lot. I mean, I have connected a lot of tools. It's working really well, but I think it lacks on the user interface and the experience. It's so easy to set up, easy to use. It's extremely good. But being to face somehow feels like it lags a bit.

Zoho Marketing Automation integrates extremely well with the whole Zoho suite which we use. It has a very useful visual drag-and-drop interface for building out automation flows (journeys) with a number of configurable actions and triggers. You can trigger actions based on actions on a contact in Zoho CRM, from a webhook, a custom set of tags, set time delays for messaging, add customers to list based on actions and many more variables.

Customers can be assigned to move to another journey, or they can exit the journey once they have completed the journey.

It's feature set is more advanced than other email marketing software I have previously used.

The learning curve for Zoho Marketing Automation is a little higher than other tools, but once you get the hang of it, it is extremely powerful.

The email WYSIWYG builder has some limitations and is not as user friendly as the drag and drop interface that some other email marketing tools offer.

We are actively marketing to customers who have purchased a certain product from us. When the customer is moved to a certain status within Zoho CRM, that triggers them to enter a list. The entrance to a list starts the customer in the marketing automation journey.

This means we are able to better retain customers to come back to purchase other products from us after their initial purchase.

For example, we have emails in the journey that say something like "congratulations on the purchase of your X product, you will find that you also need YY product to help you get the best out of your X product.

The landing pages creation & the email contents creation is the one that I like the most, landing pages creation feature is new and innovative and I am able to do this without any issue and on the other hand, I can create HTML and plain text email contents (Templetetles) using this platform easily, hence this is the one that I like the most, on the other hand, I also like the customer report feature, I can create and fetch any reports according to my needs, this report helps me to understand the actual performance of my email marketing campaigns and I also like the overall user interface off this platform which is really robust and seamless.

I would say it's one of the best tools that I've used so far, very easy to use and the features available in the marketing tool make our job easier. I'm able to schedule multiple email campaigns with personalized features. The implementation is easy as well, we didn't face any issues regarding the implementation process. The best part of the Zoho marketing tool is I'm able to see the reports of sent campaigns and I'm able to analyze the performance of the email campaigns. Not only that, we can customize our reports according to the requirements. The A/B testing feature enables us to test out with different subject and email body, this has made us choose the right way of writing emails for the selected audience. I use Zoho marketing automation almost every day as I work in the email marketing team, there was one incident where we were unable to send a campaign. When we contacted customer support, we got the solution for the problem within a few hours thus, not affecting our work streamline. The integration part has been smooth as well. One account can be used by multiple team members.

**What do you like best about Zoho Marketing Automation?**

The content templates are amazing and I believe anyone with little to no coding knowledge can design good email content pieces, It's like Canva on steroids built for  email marketing

**What do you dislike about Zoho Marketing Automation?**

The UI can be improved, it looks pretty much similar to other Zoho product UIs. Since it's a creative product, the UI can be more graphically intuitive.

**What problems is Zoho Marketing Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping marketers send automated emails to prospects at scale. Plus the core problem it solves is the design elements for the email content which I struggled with a lot (I'm from a non-coding background BTW). It is making the email content creation process easier for the non-coders with its email content preset library!

1. No customization for image position available for smart - pop up. Have limited options.
2. The color settings for button don't work somtimes. Nothing happens when clicked to change the color.
3. Can't add font types
4. Overall limited options for customization in smart -pop up

**What problems is Zoho Marketing Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are benifitting from using Survey forms in Zoho.

Creating email marketing campaings for our lead base, and tracking opens/clicks makes Zoho Marketing Automation a very handy tool.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Marketing Automation?**

The reporting funtion can be combersome. It took a while for me to understand. Also, I find it upsetting that MA doens't run congruently with campaigns.

**What problems is Zoho Marketing Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho MA helps us stay ontop of our lead base. After going through MA, our sales team can see which leads are qualifed to speak with.
