This Chrome extension can also be used in the LinkedIn message box to update the candidate's details, hiring stage, notes, etc according to your conversation with that candidate. You don't need to be on the full profile page to do so. And it is very fast and user-friendly. They use simple and clean UI/UX design. I also like the automations which can be set up easily and highly customizable. **What do you dislike about 100Hires?** I would prefer to have a quick look or preview window for each candidate before I take actions such as updating the hiring stage, instead of opening a new tab on browser. But overall, it has got a lot of features that are useful and saves our time. **What problems is 100Hires solving and how is that benefiting you?** It saves so much time populating the job description for each job role. Although I was only introduced to it and watched the demo about 100hires for a short period of time, I already know that it has a lot of features that would make its users' life easier. - Easy to navigate - Can easily create and work on a job and a pipeline then monitor your candidates all in one system. - The import option/feature is also one of the best things about the system. - Using of key shortcuts is a really cool feature - 100hires extension is a really smart way to work with your positions and sourcing tasks. - Sending of contact requests and e-mail campaign. **What do you dislike about 100Hires?** I think how the buttons are designed could be improved by easily identifying whether that is a button or not. As a Recruiter working on different ATS and tools, how the buttons are grouped is essential when working on large number of candidates and tasks. One thing that I want to add is a system feature where users/Recruiters are not allowed to move a candidate to a certain step unless he/she has done the initial process, and automation to send correspondence once a candidate has been moved to the next stage, would also be helpful. Overall, I think it's a great platform to monitor your candidates. The bulk upload was made simpler and less time-consuming. Being able to export directly in bulk can be helpful for recruiters who are still doing their reports and tracking of candidates manually. Also, you can use this for free for 15 days and you don't have to put in your card number to sign-up.
