"Org Chart made easy"
4/5
What do you like best about 100 Handshakes?

How easy it is to set up an organization chart: add the leadership page link, and the algorithm does the rest.

It is also connected to salesforce and LinkedIn, so updating or adding contacts is simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 100 Handshakes?

The user interface is excellent but could use some enhancement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 100 Handshakes?

-Easy and intuitive to use

What do you dislike about 100 Handshakes?

I haven't found too much I haven't liked. I suppose the only feature that needs some work is the auto search-and-fill feature... it looks like it pulls data from Google and is not always accurate. But this is minor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"100 HS has Great UX and great support. Help navigate organization to close more deals."
5/5
What do you like best about 100 Handshakes?

Very simple to use with great UX and integrations. I've also had excellent support on questions I've asked with quick responses. Must have for Large complex deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 100 Handshakes?

Takes just a little time to perfect the drag/drop. It's a bit sensitive. (Drop has to be exact). Integration at first is a little trick - SFDC integration can overload chart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic and maturing sales tool"
5/5
What do you like best about 100 Handshakes?

Creating a visually appealing org chart with minimal effort makes navigating an enterprise sales cycle exponentially easier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 100 Handshakes?

I have no complaints about useability. My only challenge is the administration (not specific to 100hs). As sales folks, most of us hate all admin work like CRM maintenance, and now I have one more admin task I need to manage. It can become technology and upkeep overload if you are managing a significant sales stack already. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A fundamental tool for guiding penetrating an account."
5/5
What do you like best about 100 Handshakes?

The visual nature of easily mapping out the org chart and the ability to share with team members as well as easily update in realtime with prospective customers when chatting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 100 Handshakes?

Only downside is when a company has a rich Salesforce database, the synching can overload the org map. It would be good to have more functions that limit the data pulled over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 100 Handshakes?

Ease of Use. Intuitive Design. Powerful functionality. Great Front-end. Newer features being added every month make it more powerful. Tags and Color coding of contacts are also very beneficial to look at subset of the org chart.

The latest functionality of syncing up the contact list with Microsoft 365 or Outlook. Import & Export functionality is also extremely easy to use and helpful especially when I am creating the hierarchy - this avoids manual efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Best (and easiest to use) Org Mapping Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about 100 Handshakes?

I've always found that success in B2B sales really comes down to my understanding of the organization. Hundred handshakes is by far the easiest and most effective way to build out an org and modify it as you uncover new data. PowerPoint and other manual diagrams are much too difficult to build out and even harder to edit. I use Hundred handshakes to visualize the organization for all of my customers. It's easy to build, easy to edit, and when you need to bring colleagues up to speed on who's who...it's very easy to show them the org! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 100 Handshakes?

There are not many things I can think of that I dislike about the platform. If anything, I think I should be spending a bit more time in the room to build out my accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
