"Simply brilliant tool"
5/5
What do you like best about 100 Handshakes?

Simple intuitive tool which makes it easy to create an org structure for any prospect or account. The integration with LinkedIn is excellent

I particularly like that the data can be shared and that customers are happy to review an org chart and help correct any errors!

It so good that I have already recommended to a number of colleagues inside and outside of my organisation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 100 Handshakes?

Very little / would be useful to be able to format the chart manually but not a big issue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Can you win without it?"
5/5
What do you like best about 100 Handshakes?

There's hardly any learning curve. The LinkedIn plugin makes it effortless to import contacts. Reps are much more likely to take the time and build their account maps because of the ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 100 Handshakes?

Nothing at this time - we've been very pleased with this tool (and it's free!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Invaluable sales tool for strategic sales people"
5/5
What do you like best about 100 Handshakes?

It's easy to "get lost" in a sales cycle. Taking the time to understand the "treasure map" aka Org Chart of where everybody in the company sits and who they likely report to, is time well spent. The worst thing a strategic/enterprise/mid-market sales person can do with any deal or opportunity to is get "siloed" with 1 contact. In using Hundred Handshakes, every salesperson has an opportunity to expand their deal and figure out how they can build inroads to new contacts. Highly recommend using this tool and even inviting Mike F (co-founder) to come in and work with your team on a training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 100 Handshakes?

It would be interesting to build some sort of integration into SFDC / CRM contacts i.e. if I create a contact in 100hs, that contact passes over to the CRM so I don't have to input twice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very interactive software with good improvements made over the past few months"
4/5
What do you like best about 100 Handshakes?

I like the ability to easily move the different account lines of business/teams/prospects around with dragging capabilities. It took me a while to realize that you have to connect each line to the assigned manager before it will place them where needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 100 Handshakes?

I am not a fan of the import feature, whenever I try to upload a list from LinkedIn or Salesforce - they end up coming in completely out of order and I have to move them around. I wish there was a feature where you could list based on seniority level ie VP then Director then Manager so it would make it easier to sort later on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Super intuitive tool for org charts"
4.5/5
What do you like best about 100 Handshakes?

Easy to build and automate the process of creating org charts for strategic accounts as an Enterprise AE, which can traditionally be a super time consuming process Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 100 Handshakes?

Sometimes still data input heavy, which may be inevitable. I wish more could be pulled from Salesforce (I haven't been able to integrate mine) and Linkedin/social to complete the individual user profiles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great org chart tool that makes creating an org chart a breeze"
4.5/5
What do you like best about 100 Handshakes?

Simple UI and easy to work with our existing tech stack. It offers a lot of options to help coordinate navigating an org either internally with the account team, or even with the prospect/customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 100 Handshakes?

Still going through some growing pains. Can be slow at times, or freeze up (though less so recently).

Would love to see a plugin with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (they have one for LinkedIn), and make it easier to build org charts based on publicly available data to remove guess/manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best org charting software, period"
5/5
What do you like best about 100 Handshakes?

You can get up and running on 100Handshakes immediately. There is virtually no learning curve unlike with Lucid which is very cumbersome. You can also easily share your work with your extended team and customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 100 Handshakes?

You can tell the product team is heavily invested in building new capabilities, so I have run into bugs. When I provide my feedback the bugs are fixed very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Org Chart Tool By Far"
4.5/5
What do you like best about 100 Handshakes?

Hundred Handshakes is a godsend. As a sales rep, we're always asked to keep updated org charts of our customers and it usually goes one of two ways. 1) You spend way too much admin time adding/deleting contacts to maintain accuracy, only to throw a screen shot of the org chart in a slide deck 2) You only update it right before your boss asks for it.

Its so easy to add/remove/move contacts, its great that you can tag users with custom tags, but my favorite feature is the LinkedIn import. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 100 Handshakes?

It's a new tool so you run into some bugs, but the team is super responsive. Other than that, there is no downside here Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent way to visualize the account mapping of any organization!"
5/5
What do you like best about 100 Handshakes?

The UI is great! It's easy to add contacts and move them around to their appropriate location in the hierarchy. Being able to do this on the fly while you're in conversations is invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 100 Handshakes?

There are a lot of little tweaks you can make within the tool that I haven't quite mastered or understood yet. I'm sure that will come with more use over time though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for account management"
5/5
What do you like best about 100 Handshakes?

I love that it syncs with my email & I can avoid the data entry. Possibility to browse all communications that my team had with the client is amazing. Love the ease of use and the simplistic interface. I know who is who at each client account, and how my team interacted with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 100 Handshakes?

The tool is getting better and better every day. I wish there was a possibility to better manage the information about former employees and contractors who transfer to different organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
